Communications - Members are encouraged to share general or emergency information by letter, telephone, fax, e-mail, or personal contact with Council members for help, information, or advice on issues of common concern. Members are urged to use the Council facilitator to distribute, expedite, organize, or publish, in a timely fashion, items that require Council action and participation.
Organization - Meetings will be conducted as an open forum for discussion. Members are asked to send items for the agenda to the Council facilitator in a timely fashion to be prepared before the meeting. However, open discussion time will always be available on the agenda for spontaneous discussion. The Council facilitator will be responsible for notifying Council members, in a timely fashion, of the date of future meetings and to request agenda items. The facilitator will also be responsible for recording and publishing the minutes of each meeting.
